What to expect: a licensed electrician on site, your building's Absolute Compliance Score™ on a one-page scorecard, and the full findings behind it. The Compliance Assessment is a flat fee per building, set by the building's size and confirmed before we schedule. Fully credited toward Program enrollment. The scorecard and findings are yours to keep either way.

What we assess
Open violations and exposure. Panel and distribution condition, graded against NFPA 70B, including infrared thermal findings. Life-safety and emergency systems testing currency. Documentation completeness: what your file would show an auditor or an underwriter today. Forward risk: what fails next, and when.

Your Absolute Compliance Score™ on a one-page scorecard, the full findings behind it, and exactly what it takes to reach an A, whether you enroll or not.

What happens next
Within one business day we call to confirm the scope, the date and the fee. The assessment is scheduled per building. If you enroll, the fee is credited toward the Program.
