About
The License Is On Every Job. So Is Our Name.
We believe electrical work should be proven, not promised. Absolute Advanced Electric is an MBE-certified electrical firm led by NYC Master Electricians, built on three commitments: the license is ours, the paperwork closes, and we get back to you.
The story
Forged on the water. Proven in your building.
Absolute Advanced Electric has been doing electrical work in New York since 2003.
Every licensed firm learns the same trade.
We learned our standard in one of the hardest classrooms New York has: the electrical systems of NYC Ferry barges. Floating steel infrastructure, in salt water and tidal movement, where “close enough” gets an asset pulled from service and a crew sent home.
Out there, you don't get to guess. Work is documented. Systems are tested. Inspections are passed, or the work isn't done.
We brought that standard back to land.
Absolute Advanced Electric is founded and led by the Kong brothers, all three NYC Master Electricians, with the firm's work running under our own license.
Today we serve property managers, building owners, general contractors, and homeowners across all five boroughs. We run jobs the way we ran the harbor work: scoped precisely, priced upfront, executed cleanly, and closed with documentation you can hand to an inspector, an insurance carrier, or your board without flinching.
Because here's what we learned on the water that most contractors never learn anywhere:
The job isn't done when the lights come on.
The job is done
when the file is closed.
How we work
Commitments, not slogans.
01
The license belongs to the work, not to a wall.
Our founders hold NYC Master Electrician licenses, and the firm's work runs under them. You're not hiring a company that rents a license number. You're hiring the company that holds them.
02
Documentation is the deliverable.
Photos, test results, filings, sign-offs. Projects close with a documented file that protects you: during the job, at inspection, and three years from now when someone asks.
03
Answered calls win over perfect promises.
Calls returned the same day. On bid packages you'll know within one business day whether we're bidding and when your number lands. A confirmed window and a text when we're on the way. In this trade, showing up is the differentiator, so we made it a system, not a hope.

You've read enough contractor websites. Here's the test that matters:
Call us. See how fast we answer, how straight we talk, and how clear the quote is. That's how the whole job goes.
